- Use a suede protector spray to help repel water and stains before wearing.
- Stuff the boots with paper when not wearing them to help retain their shape.
- Brush the suede regularly with a suede brush to remove dirt and restore the nap.
- Spot clean stains with a damp cloth or suede eraser, but avoid getting the boots too wet.
- Allow wet boots to dry naturally at room temperature, stuffing them with paper to maintain their shape.
- Apply a suede conditioning treatment every few months to keep the suede soft and supple.
- Store Ugg boots in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
- Avoid wearing Uggs in heavy rain or snow, as excessive moisture can cause staining and damage

Australian Orders
We offer FREE delivery for all orders over AUD$50 within Australia. We use Australia Post service for all deliveries within Australia. Average delivery time is 2-5 working* days from dispatch date. For delivery to remote or rural areas, please allow a further 4-10 working* days.
International Orders
International orders are sent via Australia Post AirMail service. Average delivery times from dispatch date are 10-15 working days*. Additional delays may occur during the months of September - February due to the heavy load on postal services.
For International orders the exact shipping costs are calculated during checkout
Orders sent outside Australia, may incur charges such as import duties, VAT and other fees. The buyer is responsible for paying any such fees. For information regarding such fees, please contact your local customs authority.

Return policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority, we will exchange or refund (see our Exchange/Return Policy) your purchase within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will not be refunded.
